I didn't realize Larkin was that highly thought of. I knew he had a decent rookie year and was having a sophomore slump but wasn't thinking this trade was that much of a steal. Lol glad I hit accept and got the pick upgrade the following year thrown in as well.

it's partially the feelings on Larking, but also the feelings on Severson. I don't see him as much more than 35-40pt dman in most seasons. in 12-14 team leagues that's borderline waiver fodder.

good thing u accepted before he came to his senses. Severson is a decent d man but Larkin has a lot of upside.

Sometimes you can get a better deal but you have to be careful not to go too far down that road and have him back out entirely.

Man Larkin is overrated on these boards. He's done nothing in the last calendar year

Agreed, but this year he's outproduced Larkin. I think what I mean to say is based on this thread, if you have Larkin, try selling him to somebody else while you can.

That was my exact concern with this trade. Severson has out produced Larkin this year so was just trying to gauge their value going forward. Because of the point difference is why I was sure I could get a pick upgrade as well.
