I dont find D have the same value as forwards so I would keep Marner here.

Marner will probably get a bridge deal like most young forwards get, and then who knows, he could end up anywhere between Gaudreau and Kane as a contract/player comparable.
Werenski will probably end up with one of those 5x5 deals to start.
Really depends what's more valuable to you, a 75pt forward or a 50pt dman. They're pretty similar in value, but looking at your team you need the F more.

Let's see what they do the next two years as the landscape make look far different when they come to re up... Looking at your roster I would say you are weaker at forward as a collective so I'd rather Marner

I they're both special and will prove to be valuable assets but I think Marner is even more special still.

No, I would no the make this deal. Real life value compare maybe, but Marner is more valuable in a points only keeper IMO
