Vasy Start on Saturday?

How confident can I be that Vasy will get the start at home against FL on Saturday?
He has started the last 3 games and been dominant. Saturday is not a back to back situation. Monday the 13th and Tuesday the 14th are back-to-back games so surely Budaj will get one of those.

Trying to decide whether to pick up a skater for two starts this weekend or if I need to pick up Budaj to play it safe in case Vasy doesn't get the start on Saturday. In a very close matchup which will likely decide if I make playoffs.

If I am the Bolts I don't want to give Budaj two out of the next three games when Vasy has been this smoking hot, so I think I would play Vasy on Saturday if I was them. But is it a near sure thing??

Chances Vas is playing Saturday are like 90%. No reason why he wouldn't (B2B, poor play), but I say only 90% due to the possibility of the flu bug, or some unforeseen event that would keep him form playing.

I'm expecting him to get all starts that aren't in B2B scenarios.

Agree...no reason why he wouldn't. They're still in it and he's been on fire.

He's almost guaranteed to start and he's been playing so well you have to put him in.

I completely agree with you.

VasilLevski should be the starter(95%) but you never know.. a lot can happen until saturday(these 5% hmm)

Thanks guys! Hope he can turn in a 4th straight stellar start. For a while I've been unabashed in proclaiming him the next Holtby, and I'm sure I've looked a bit silly as a result. Hopefully he can reach that lofty expectation someday, but for now I'll settle for "solid #1" if he can give that.

Vasy confirmed as the starter today! IIRC, you need the 3 starts, so I would start Vasy today, and bench Hellebuyck...that's enough right?

I'm starting him tonight. He's been robbed of a shutout each of the last 3 games. Hoping he gets the shutout he deserves tonight against a struggling panthers team if late.

Confirmed he's starting tonight on daily faceoffs. They'd be crazy not to have started him.
