    Well that's just not true. Per exemple, If someone can afford to buy a Porsche for 70K + , they can surely afford 50$ for a fantasy hockey league.

    Considering it is the 3rd time we look to fill this team, we felt we needed a process. We are a league of fantasy junkies so a casual member just wasn't cutting it. If anything having an application weeds out the more casual guys.

    First, they must be bilingual. Doesn't matter if all of the league chatter is in English. Second, they must have a university degree, even if it has nothing to do with hockey and/or hockey pools. Preference should be given if the person is a visible minority, any sex except male, or handicapped, rather than take the most qualified.

    I realize this may not be the best method to determine a good fit for your hockey pool, but it really seems to work for the federal government.
