Default Who's the better late round pitcher?

I am looking to add a pitcher in a late round waiver draft. I currently own Mike Montgomery but I am looking at at Mike Foltznewicz as a possible upgrade??? I would drop Montgomery for Folty.

League setup for pitchers is as follows:

    Points league -

    Innings Pitched (IP) 5.01 Earned Run(ER)s -4
    Wins (W) 10 Losses (L) -10
Saves (SV) 10 Saves (BS) -10
    Strikeouts (K) 2 Hits Allowed (H) -2
Walks Issued (BB) -2 Shutouts (SO) 3
Hit Batsmen (HB) -2 Wild Pitches (WP) -2
Holds (HD) 7 Complete Games (CG) 3

Do you like Folty more than Montgomery?

Foltznewicz was one of my most common guys to stream for a spot starter when needed last season. There's no reason he can't put up similar or possibly even better numbers from last year, so I definitely like him over Montgomery.

I think Montgomery ends up in the pen.

That's not a bad thing. I am looking for a pitcher, not necessarily a starter. I am good with a reliever too in a points format like this. I am just curious who's the best option?

Tyler Skaggs is available as well.

Id still take Folty and his bet K ratios.. Monty gives up a lot of HRs.
