What I do is set my rosters a week in advance, and make any changes I need to during the week. You're basically blocking off 10-15 minutes of your time (depending on how many leagues you have) in a single sitting, but most of the time, all I'm dealing with throughout the week are goalie starts. A lot less stressful and time consuming.
