Default Drop Fleury and pick up Reimer

    The title says it all!

This is for the league in my sig.

Fleury isn't playing so he's almost useless and almost certainly won't be a keeper (we keep only 5). Reimer could help me to finish the year.

I have 11 moves left for the season so I can't stream goalies based on starts alone.

    What do you think?

P.S. I had posted Fleury for VAS earlier and didn't do it.

You definitely need help in goal so I would do this move.
    Yahoo! 1 year league, 9 teams, Points only [G (3pts), A (2pts), PPP (1pt), Hits (0.1pt) *** W (4pts), Goals Against (-2pts), SV (0.2pt), SO (3pms)
    C: McDavid, Couturier, Kopitar, D.Strome
    LW: Guentzel, Connor, Miller, Kaprizov
    RW: Stamkos, Stone, Teravainen, Tatar
    D: Dahlin, Theodore, Andersson, Dumba
    G: Shersterkin, Talbot

Other available goalies are (in order that I like them):

    Mrazek
    Grubauer
    VAS
    Pickard
    Neuvirth
    Chad Johnson
    Lehtonen
    Markstrom
And a bunch of backups who don't play like Fleury and are worth less than him for sure!

I ned starts and points obviously! So I need a goalie who will play and right now, Fleury isn't that goalie.

Drafted Reimer in 2 of my 4 leagues. Finally..FINALLY it's starting to pay off. the 5 year deal Reimer signed intrigued me. It screams starter deal...and on the cheap. I think he either tips the scales in his favor in Florida or we may be looking at the next starter in LV.

I'd make this deal. But then again, I don't value MAF as much as others.

one is trending up...the other is trending down IMO.

Mrazek isn't a bad choice but howard is coming back soon.

Can you guys see Reimer running away with it after a few more good starts? or will it be a 1A/1B situation..

Howard coming back is what I don't like about Mrazek's situation. But he is playing very well right now.

I intend to wait until tomorrow and if Reimer is starting, then I will pick him up. Florida plays 4 games in 7 days starting tomorrow so Reimer should hopefully get 2 of them.

Detroit plays today and on the 28th, so the number of starts should be the same for both goalies hopefully.

And don't forget that Florida is a much better team then Detroit.

    DONE!

Reimer is supposed to start today, so I dropped Fleury.

The Oilers play the Panthers today and are on a back to back so let's hope Reimer plays well and doesn't let me down...

Personally I would have tried to see out the trade deadline but I get it... Shame he made 31 saves in a 4-3 loss but hopefully just a blip whilst he continues to split time with Lou
