Bennett - Larkin trade

i get Bennett, mascherin

i give Larkin, a. Nylander

1-1 - I prefer Bennett but I'm a bit hesitant to pull the trigger with Alex nylander being the second return piece. This is the one area I question robbers prospect list because mascherin, I believe is ranked lower based on time to reach the NHL than due to actual offensive projections and production differences between the two.

is the multicat difference between Bennett and Larkin enough to pull the trigger or should I counter with a lesser piece in return?

Stay away from this deal. Nylander is a lot better than most give him credit for. I think he'll end up better than Bennett in all honesty. Also, Mascherin is not pro ready, he may be killing the OHL but look at Dvorak... I'm not sold.

Also Larkin is having a lot of confidence issues right now, but when he figures it out, he has an elite skillset, he's like Jeff Skinner, world class talent stuck on a mediocre/failing roster

I don't like that deal at all. I think both Nylander and Larkin are at least as valuable as Bennett, and both have shown more offensive upside already. Bennett may still outscore them eventually,,but there is no guarantee of that. A BIG FAT "NO".

I agree with the previous posters. With Nylander in there, this deal isn't nearly as good as your title leads one to believe. I'd walk away from this one.

If it was simply Bennett for Larkin I'd say do it.
