$55 ESPN Super League (12 teams per league) Big $$$ Leasguesafe
This year I am creating an MLB Super League on ESPN If you have been part of the 96 team NFL FFB Addicts Super League I have put on the last few years, it will be the same kind of idea.
12 teams per league (I will also call them divisions)
$55 Entry via leaguesafe (all payments due by end of day March 31st)
Since this is a roto league and we don't have to worry about H2H Playoffs, I will leave the amount of divisions uncapped.
Also, unlike the NFL super league, in this one you can have multiple teams. But only one per league/division.
Each 12 team league/division will run separate from the other ones. So in the overall standings you will have the same players as other teams not in your division.
I will keep track of the overall standings on a spreadsheet. All roto categories will be ranked overall. So, for easy math, if we have 100 teams, each stat will be ranked 1-100.
To update the overall standings, I will do it once each month in April to July. Then in August & September I will do it once per week.
Payouts will be: in each division (subject to change) 50% of prize pool paid out ($330 of the $600) 1st - $225 2nd - $105
Overall Standings (subject to change) $330 rollover from each division
Overall category leaders - $50 10 categories winners x $50 = $500 from prize pool
1st - 40% of leftover pot 2nd - 25% 3rd - 20% 4th - 10% 5th - 5%
so if we have 100 teams, 1st place's 40% of the pot is $900 on top of any other winnings you got from your division and category winner
Instituting the category winners is something to try and keep some competiveness for the whole year for all/most teams. Since top 2 per division payout, I don't want to see any funny business cause teams feel like they can't reach 2nd place to cash.
Let me know if you want in. Any questions let me know as well.
P.S., if you didn't know about the NFL one, let me know if you want in on that, and I will put you on the list for next year. I will keep the $50 96-team going and also try and do a separate $100 96-team league. So should definitely have some spots open.
