I think so, but within reason. It all depends on how "low" the buy low truly is.
The team D had been a little leaky in front of Allen for much of the season. But I've not heard anyone suggest that to be the reason (or even the biggest reason) behind Allen's subpar performance. So while I agree that it's reasonable to expect the Blues to play better in front of Allen than they have been, Allen has a lot to improve on his own right as well.
Too small to even really be called a sample size, but last night was a good start.

As others have said depends on how low is low but he may not recover his stats by season's end but if you only need what he does ROS the. I'd take the chance at the right price
