My team (not listed) chose to gear down for the next few years, and not compete.

I really like the upside of my team, but oy....My goalies are looking really iffy.

I keep 3 for next year. At the end of the year, for goalies to qualify, we need goalies to play 40,30,25 starts.

I've backed myself into a corner where I have the choices next year of

Allen
Markstrom
Demko
Pickard
Stolarz

- this league, like all others - you win if you have strong goaltending.

Are there 3 I should be confident with for a)starts and b)good numbers? Im thinking no.

Pickard is a good goalie with and defence except Colorado's in front of him.
Demko may not be in the NHL yet, but he should be soon and should be good.
Stolarz would be next on my list.
Markstrom I like, but he has taken too long to show up, and I don't see him moving on from Vancouver, which sets him way back.

Pickard, Markstrom and Allen should get you enough starts to qualify. I don't see either of the other two getting to 25 starts this year. I don't think any of the 3 are higher end starters at the NHL level at this point. I like Markstrom the best of the three because he has the highest chance of being a starter next season. I would be looking to upgrade any of the three though for a better goalie.

Allen, Pickard and Markstrom. However, Stolarz may be ready to at least be the backup in Philadelphia as both Mason and Neuvirth are UFAs come this season's end. He didn't look out of place when Neuvirth was injured, so he is worth keeping an eye on.

The only guy I was set on keeping was Couture. Subban obviously is good - but his 8 digit salary really cripples trade value in a cap league. Brown and Pickard were being swapped in and out. So to get a good goalie of the future for one set keeper, I'm happy.
