Same thing for me. Excited to see what you guys have so far though when the link gets fixed.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I can't see it either but I'll hazard a guess: after Patrick and Hischier, the fantasy value tapers off?
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

I loved the article last year and I love this one as well!
A couple of comments about the article:
- Two people mentioned "size" when talking about Casey Mittelstadt, yet you have his size only at 5'11", 192 lbs. EliteProspects lists him at 6'1" and 201 lbs. Was that just a mistake?
- I wouldn't say Vaakanainen is "Easily the safest pick of any of the European-trained defensemen", I think that designation should go to Miro Heiskanen
- Slightly surprised Henri Jokiharju didn't get a honorable mention but then again I guess you could list a whole lot of prospects there
I think you guys should re-visit this article closer to the draft. Who goes up and who goes down from the mid-season ranking? I think a consensus ranking like this is much better than someone's personal ranking which is used on Dobber's Fantasy Prospect Report. Heck, maybe do the final consensus ranking for the FPR. Either way, I would love to see that ranking updated after the season.
Thanks for reading!
As for size, its hard to know for sure what a players size truly is. Several sites may have slightly different numbers.
Jokikaru was a player we talked to contributor Steve Kournianos in on the podcast. He listed him very high, but was the only one to rank him.
Listen to that podcast here

We did a final ranking closer to that draft last year, and will do so again this year.
Making it part of the prospect report is an interesting idea.
Again, thanks for reading.
Cheers

I think the intentions of this work are really good... but the presentation/direction is kind of sloppy. (sorry)
So... its fantasy... but its "points only"... and yet, though its points only - there's no forecasts as to those point upsides.
I get to looking at some of the players around 10/11/12... 14/15/16...
And the comparables I see are K.Hayes/MSL/Couturier... Nichu/Ry-Jo/Pavelski.
Now - I get it... this "comaparable"... but if the point of the article is fantasy... and points-only... then you are really throwing my mindset off by suggesting I take a Kevin Hayes type over a MSL-type or a Couturier type over a Pavelski type.
Additionally, you've got contributions from 15-20 people, but nothing to suggest where they rank these guys.
Would've been really great to have a singular line with inititals and their rank: SK-1, RW-2, SB-1, XX-4, etc... placed at the bottom of each player.
Also - for fantasy hockey, knowing where players separate is key.
Last year it was Matthews/Laine/Pulju... Tkachuk/Dubois... but knowing where those drop-offs are can be really valuable.
I use another site to almagamate data, then I take everybody's rank and subtract it from 31.
So Patrick would have a 30, 30, 30, 30... which will average out to 30.
They aren't "fantasy" obviously because they include BobbyMc, Button, Pronman, etc... but it gives me an idea of where 8-10 analysts rank players and then where a drop-off occurs.
30.0 Patrick
...
27.6 Liljegren
27.2 Hischier
...
25.1 Mittelstadt
24.3 Tolvanen
23.9 Vilardi
22.3 Tippett
...
20.4 Kostin
19.8 Necas
...
17.9 Pettersson
17.2 Andersson
17.0 Rasmussen
...
15.6 Valimaki
15.5 Heiskanen
14.7 Makar
14.5 Comtois
14.3 Vesalainen
13.7 Hague
13.2 Poehling
...
11.6 Foote
11.6 Glass
10.5 Yamamoto
etc...
Anyways - I thought the article was half-way towards gold... data collection/presentation could've been way better.
