Apparently May is national masturbation awareness month... so, yay?

Anywho, research suggests that firing off 5 shots a week (be they wristers or slappers) reduces prostate cancer risk by around 20%. I guess the take away is, if you are ever asked why you were in the shower for 20 minutes your response should now always be "I was fighting cancer".

What I really need to know is if that's a minimum, or a target? Like, can I go over?

I Lolled- hahaha! Im 34 and I remember when me and the wife used to argue we werent having sex enough. We still have the same argument only now roles are revesed- lmao- :P

i havent drank since december. u guys think having the occasional drink is ok? usually when i have any more than 6 drinks is when i start to feel terrible. i donno wat u guys think or should i just say screw the alcohol and drink water lol....man sometimes its nice to have a release and get high but maybe thats not a good way to think of it...but the reason i initially quit is i started not having control over my alcohol. i say im going to have 3 or 4 and end up having 12

because i couldn't control my alcohol as good as i use to. id say ill have 3 or 4 then ill not want to stop. i like the feeling of being high then i dont want to come back down to reality basically

As we discussed you should remove as many of those "obviously bad for you" things as possible and replace them with good habits. Deal with stress internally instead of externally.

From the excess alcohol, to the tabacco chewing, to the XL double doubles, to the weight gain... You are on an amazing cleansing path SM!! Keep doing the small things daily and you will look back on this in a few years and be proud of yourself! It's a daily thing though and the results don't and won't come quickly but in the long run, you will SEE and FEEL the change!

Deal with stress internally instead of externally.

Exercise, which you are doing daily, should help clear your mind over time. It probably won't fully remove your stress, but it should really help!

Both Jays games, Both foul behind the plate
1 was the kids mom was a friday night game vs orioles a few weeks ago. It bounced into my lap pretty much. Just gave it to the kid, and the mom was not ugly, but not drop dead gorgeous.

this one hit off someone like 4 rows infront of me and it hit my bag under my seat. I'm pretty glad the camera's didnt follow me after i got the ball (someone texted me saying i was on the jumbotron, but i didnt notice) because me and my friend had a couple of selfies with it....beer was consumed last night. It was a foul ball from Segura last night tho.
