Went down awkwardly on his right knee. Came back for a shift and went straight to the dressing room.

Doubtful he comes back tonight. Could be out some time.

Had ACL surgery his draft yr, sadly can’t find out what knee that was on. Him coming back to play, and even tho he was struggling on that shift, he did push with the knee and looked “alright”. Maybe a sprained ligament, maybe meniscus, but didn’t look like an ACL/MCL tear.

Don’t know who this guy is but James Mirtle (@mirtle) said that early word is that it’s not a knee injury and it’s not devastating.

Also found out it was the ACL on his Right knee he tore in JR.

Listed as DTD, will miss at least 1 game. Corrado will slot into the lineup now to play with Carrick.

Babcock was unsure if Rielly would play or not on Saturdays game.

@DarrenDreger: It's possible Morgan Rielly returns to the Leafs before the All Star break, but unlikely. Extra time will help injured ankle fully heal.
