Playoff format players to target for contenders?

I know with some work I could probably figure this out myself, but anyone have any good sources for players(teams) with favorable schedules in the last 3-7 weeks of the season (particularly the last 3 weeks as that's when our league's finals are)? Our trade deadline is coming up soon, and I'm planning on buying and would love to buy a "good" player with a great schedule for a lower price, compared to a "great" player with a crappy schedule at a higher price.

I made a spreadsheet for the final 3 weeks of the season as an easy reference for this same reason.

From Monday March 13 to Sunday April 2nd every team in the league either has two 3-game weeks and one 4-gamer, or two 4-gamers and one 3-game week. Except for the following:

Carolina (5,3,5)
Philly (4,4,4)
Minn (4,4,4)
Ari (4,4,4)
Nash (3,3,5)
Buff (3,3,3)
Mon (3,3,3)
Winn (4,4,2)
NJ (4,4,2)
