I am looking to get Schenn. Hes currently on the last place team in the league and I am trying to determine his value. I am in first and trying to push to win the league this year.
Basically looking to add some hitting to my team and keep production.

That's a tough one in the sense that in a keep 3, if he's out of it, the only value for him is the pick.
Definitely worth exploring - but "which pick" is SO dependent on individual GMs and leagues that it's really hard to suggest a round with any relevancy. Good luck!

I was mentioning his name in case you didn't plan on keeping him. You could have sent him to the last place team for Schenn and his 1st most likely. Pacioretty is not a bad keeper in your format and Stamkos is not going to help you this year. Nonetheless, if you can't pry out that 1st pick out of the last place team's hands, I would not move him.
As for sending picks to get Schenn, unless they are beyond the 1st and even 2nd rounds, I'm not so sure the rental fee will be worth it.

Schenn and TJ will be similar ROS in my opinion, with the edge given to Schenn. Also, Schenn will put up triple the hits and maybe another 30-50sog. So the pick you are giving away is basically buying you some peripherals (hits & sog).
Schenn has been doing better so far this season and is the 'sexier' fantasy option, so you will need to also pay for the name, and similarly Tj will be undervalued.
I can't see you walking away from this trade on top.
