Pick up Palat from the FA?
Palat was dropped today. He's a free agent. Thinking about dumping beaulieu for him and holding (Tampa's man games suck for the next month or so).
How does he do Ros?
Thoughts appreciated.

Palat is a decent option, but what are your league settings? If it's the one in your sig, then why is Beaulieu not there?

Agree that Palat is a decent option.
You also have to think that Beaulieu loses some of his upside when Markov comes back to play w/ Weber on the top PP. Montreal has been cycling their D-men into that position along Weber all year which is probably a good idea to get them all PP reps. First it was Markov, then for a while it was Petry soaking in the sun, and now it Beaulieu... I wouldn't expect that to stay this way and Beaulieu's value will take a massive hit as soon as it changes.

I prefer Palat - he is probably a 50 point page the rest of the way so his value does lessen compare to leagues with peripherals

With Markov's return, Beaulieu's value will dip, especially in a 1-year context (you only keep 2 players right?)

As other's have said, Beaulieu loses his PP time on Markov's return. Petry was given that time originally and benefitted, and now Beaulieu.
Palat is a good option for a 16 man, I think he gets 25-28pts ROS.
