Yep, you are already on the list from your previous message.

As it's just wins only so I do it on a spreadsheet. Draft format hasn't been decided yet (depends on number of entrants) and there is no cost.

I'd be interested if there's still room.

Yep. Right now I'm not limiting how many people want to join since it's still early. Then we can decide on a suitable draft format, and if necessary, whether we need two groups.

We have 10 so far. Any more interest?

Also, for those who have joined already, do you have any suggestions on a better draft format (see last year's thread linked in original message for reference)?

Thinking about the group size, my preference is keeping it a group of 10 and if there is more interest we'll start a second group.

For draft format, I'm leaning towards Eskimo's suggestion:

If we do go with 10 again, then I think flipping the order of the last round would make up for the differences. So first pick would have 1, 20 and 30. Last would have 10, 11, 21. Middles would be 5, 16, 26, and 6, 15, 25. Not a perfect system, but it could work.
It's not a perfect system but I feel it's better than last year's where it was a standard snake draft. With three teams chosen there was imbalance so this could help balance it better. I'm open to other suggestions, though.

I am definitely interested if there is someone who does not make it. OR if there is interest in a second group!

If you are looking at suggestions this is what we did for the NHL wins pool.

Had groups of 8 drafters. (I know you already have 10 signed up, but could move 2 of them to the next group, and I would join the next group and hopefully we could find 5 more)

With 8 drafters, make it so there are 32 teams that can be selected. The way we did this in NHL was taking the vegas odds from a website and making the two teams that Vegas has giving the lowest winning odds to and make them available twice. In NHL in made it so that Arizona and Carolina would be able to be draft twice.

The thing I liked best about his is that with 8 drafters and 32 teams you can do 4 rounds of a snake draft and there is no concern on how to make the draft order fair for everyone.

    Just a suggestion!
