Replacement GM Needed - $$$ Total Points Dynasty
I have a GM who can no longer continue with the league in my signature due to having too many personal obligations. Looking for a replacement to start ASAP. Fees for this year have already been paid.
The person taking over the team needs to be a committed, knowledgeable and active GM.
The league is hosted on Fantrax and buy in is $56 a year with 50 going to the pool and 6 going to pay the Fantrax premium fee. Top 4 spots pay. Straight points, not head to head.

We're in year 2 and a few guys know each other but not everyone. Probably 5-6 buddies and then a few people we found on this site and elsewhere.

Are there any transaction limits? Weekly or annually?
Are draft picks for next season tradeable? If so, does this team have all its picks?

There is an annual limit of 25 free agent/ww pick-ups, no limits on trading. Draft picks are tradeable up to 3 years in advance (so 2017, 2018 and 2019 picks can be traded right now) and our drafts are 3 rounds each year. This team has all its original picks and an extra 2nd and 3rd rounder for 2017.
Draft order is determined by lotto for the non-money teams (each team is paired to the NHL team that finished in the same spot).
