I have 3 moves/week, is the best option to stream goalies in and out or is one of these guys worth holding on to? I am more interested in consistent quality of starts since 2 of the cats are averages (w/gaa/sv%/so). My other goalies are Murray and Jones.

Streaming makes sense. If you don't want to do that, I'd go for them in this order, and spot start them:
Greiss
Saros
Raanta
Grubauer
Elliott is last from your list if you want consistency.
