Eichel for Gaudreau+ ?
Eichel owner in a 12 team H2H Keep 8 (start 2C, 2RW, 2LW, 4D, 2G) with G A GWG PPP +/- PIM SOG is interested in my Gaudreau and has asked me to throw in a 2nd round pick. How far apart are these guys long term? I feel like Eichel has a higher ceiling, but Gaudreau has a positional advantage. He's also offered MacKinnon straight up for Gaudreau.

There's an argument that could be made to add a piece to Gaudreau for Eichel in some scenario's, this is not one of them.
He's kicking tires on Gaudreau, you name your price. Stick to it. So far Eichel has a 56pt season & a very popular 'scream in pain' thread on Dobber to his resume, Gaudreau has a 78pt season. Which is where the Eichel owner hopes he gets to.

In agreement here, both Eichel and Mackinnon would need a plus thrown in to get Gaudreau for me, not the other way around.

+1 on Gaudreau > Eichel... it's close tho... Both young in their careers so who really knows... Gaudreau has done it before (as mentioned with the 78pt season) but Eichel has the pedigree...
I think your league mate is trying to buy low perhaps...
Is there a certain penalty where you keep players? ie. draft round?

With forward positions broken out, I'd be wanting the something extra for Gaudreau, not giving it. Close enough to do some work if you want to make it 2 for 2, and can find someone else on his roster you like more than he does.

Also in agreement with lucafen4 - Gaudreau has a proven track record and is young himself. Buffalo has work to do as a team to support Eichel to the point that he could hit 80 points.

Definite no to MacKinnon. Eichel straight up is a close call. He obviously really want Johnny Hockey so that puts you in the drivers seat. Set your price and don't budge.

I think Eichel will be the more productive scorer, but Gaudreau plays a more valuable position.

I think you'd be silly to trade him 1-1 right now as Gadreau has come back wielding a hot stick so is ride this out before even thinking of trading him as every multi point game will add value
