I think you just answered your question.
With double points for dman goals, you'd need Matthews and Tarasenko to put up huge numbers.
If he's a 20goal, 60 point dman...that's 80 points in your setting. If he does what he did last year....well, he'd lead again.
And I'd suggest there's a good chance he'll be near the top for the next 2,3,4 years. Tough to look beyond that, IMO
