I would pull the trigger on this deal as well. Trying to figure out my own way to deal Lu in my one year league.

Schneider is in a slump right now (who knew dealing your best d man would hurt eh?) but I'd still accept it

In a one year league? I don't know. Lu looks awesome again this season, and Hoffman is a nice player as well. Schneider has been slumping, but in a one year league I think I keep what I have.

It depends on what else is coming with Schneider or coming off waivers for me. I understand wanting Schneider, but I don't think I downgrade Hoffman, especially right now, to a scrub.

Wow nobody has faith in Luongo. He'll still start 2 games out of 3 and Florida will have reinforcements soon (Huberdeau and the other guy...got a blank lol)
To me it's a very close call, and it's not worth losing Hoffman. One on one I woudl do it but not if you have to give Hoff too.
That's just my 2 cents anyways! Eerybody else seems to think it's a one way win for you.

That was kind of my impression as well. I had initially dealt Talbot/Bergeron to get Luongo and was not sure if the upgrade path to Schneider was worthwhile (I'm also a Devils fan so there may be a bit of bias involved). Would you all feel the same way if it were Martin Jones instead of Schneider? I think I could likely get Jones if I offered his owner Luongo/Hoffman for Jones.
