Do you trust Bob?

Bobrovsky's playing out of his mind this season. i think i read that he worked with a conditioning coach over the summer so that he wouldn't get injured (as much).
do you think he can keep it up? if i can get ben bishop for him, should i even think twice about pulling that one off? i have vasilevskiy as well, so i'd have the tampa tandem, and then when bishop walks as a free agent (or even better, gets traded this season), i'd have them both as bonafide starters again.

I like the stability that that would bring your net. I trust Bob's talent, I'm not sure I trust his health or his team. He will go through some rough patches and winless droughts, whereas Bishop should steadily improve. I think there's a good chance Bishop has similar win totals to Bob when all is said and done, even if he plays fewer games.

Bob's groin injuries usually flare up come January. As for Bob for Bishop I would take it. Pretty much a prime example of you selling High and buying low on a tier 1 goalie.

Yes I trust Bobrovsky, I even went out of my way to acquire him in a couple of my keepers this past summer.

That being said, I'd still trade him for Bishop.

Like others, I trust Bobrovsky's talent, but not his health. He has borderline elite talent, but can't stay healthy and has a questionable team situation, although it seems to be a bit better this year.

Bishop is dang good himself, and has better health, but a simultaneously better team and worse situation. I think I would make that deal, as it locks down a solid duo for you.



He is the most talented goalie the Flyers have had in a decade or more, and they dealt him for peanuts.
