I'm leery of starting him especially after the strong start I got this week with Price & Mason. Anyone with convincing reason why I should start him tonight since I can get my 3rd goalie start for the week tomorrow w/Price vs. Tampa.

Arizona (or more specifically OEL) has a good track record against Philly. While I don't expect them to win, I could see it being a high-scoring game which could lose cats like GAA or SV%. Price vs Tampa is likely the safest of the three options, but if I were to take two out of the three it would be Talbot vs WSH and Price vs Tampa over Mason vs ARI.Originally Posted by sleeper

What's your goalie cats? If its W,GAA,SV% I would be leery of starting him. If it includes Saves and SO, then maybe. I don't mind your thinking but generally I get my three starts as fast as I can then see if I want to sit or not.

With that being said I probably go with the best goalie in the world or Mason vs the worst team in the league.

Although...I can understand those who still feel a little fun shy that maybe..just maybe, these league best Oilers are due for a market correction soon. Don't want Talbot drop'N an Andersen performance if/when that happens. :b

If you started him I think you dodged a bullet. The Oilers aren't a 6-1 team anymore than the Caps are a 3-2-1 team
