Isiah Crowell or Latavius Murray? Crowell gets stout Jets run D and Latavius gets Tampa Bay but his workload always a concern though last week went up significantly.

I would go with Murray. I think last week proved he was the same RB that was good last year... and I think Washington and Richard proved they couldn't be relied on when Murray was out with his injury.
Although keep a close eye on Murray's injury report. I had Green the year that he had turf toe and there was some ups and downs with his injury even when he came back. I started him once and he only played like 3 snaps and the turf toe acted up again and he was done for the game.
