Rotoworld cracks me up. See Pickard's recent info!

Some of you have been pointing out that Rotoworld has been posting some iffy information recently. ''Pavelec sharing the crease with Hellebuyck'' among other things show us that they are not paying attention to detail as much as they used to...

The Calvin Pickard post from yesterday's game made me laugh when I read it a few minutes ago:

Colorado goalie Calvin Pickard recorded 28 saves in the Avalanche's 4-3 overtime victory over the Penguins in Pittsburgh Monday night.
Pickard, backup to Semyon Varlamov, was making his first start of the season. Easy to do the math here: He is 1-0-0, with a goals-against average of 3.00. His save percentage is .903. Oct 18 - 12:28 AM

Here are his real stats calculated by someone (or something) a tad more competent (real GAA = 2.98... I know it's only 0.02, but he won in overtime by playing an extra 22 seconds):

EDIT: Hmmm, NHL.ca has him at a 3.00 GAA as well... Am I the incompetent one here? Did some networks round up his playing time and/or overlooked the 22 seconds played in OT or did he actually leave the crease during a delayed PP in the game and his total minutes added up to 60 on the dot?

Pickard might have been pulled a couple of times for a delayed penalty which added up to close to 22seconds to offset the extra 22seconds in OT

His stats do show that he has a GAA of 2.98, so I think it's just Rotoworld getting ahead of themselves.

I go by hockey reference for all my stats, and they have him at 60:22, and a 3.00GAA still. Prolly will change.

Same here for the total time played, but Yahoo has it at 2.98. Dobber has it at 2.98 as well (yay!)

22 seconds pulled for the extra attacker seems a decent chunk (and from watching the first period only I can't remember him even getting to the bench on any pens) but the joys of trying to make a funny...

These "player notes" guys are trying to be funnier and funnier and this one backfired.

My favorite is still the Yahoo Fantasy App update info.....they always have some great lines in there.
