    Default Elliott, will he bounce-back?

Was Elliott victimized by a hot starting Oilers team or is he just not going to be very good away from St. Louis?

He was just dropped in my league by a very impatient owner. My goalies are Price, Allen, Talbot and Hellebuyck. I'm wondering if I should drop Hellebuyck for him?

I only have 1 transaction left for the week though, and it might be more important to use it to add a player to win this week (my league is weekly H2H categories, so if I'm behind in PIM for example with a couple days left, I can add a goon with my last transaction to hopefully win that category).

Elliott won't be this bad forever, but I wouldn't drop him for Hellebuyck. The Jets are a better team than the Flames in my opinion and Hellboy is a better netminder than Elliott.

I would take Elliott over Helle for the year, so I think that is worth the last move for the week.

Confused. Am I correct in assuming you meant to say that you wouldn't drop Helle fir Elliott? If so, I agree!

I would drop Helly for Elliott and keep him on the bench whilst he irons out the kinks...

Yikes. Not a good omen for Elliot when Chad Johnson gets two starts in a row. And Johnson coming off a loss...

Yes, but it was a shootout loss where he only let in one in regulation and overtime.

It seems to me that the first couple of weeks of the season tend to favor offense over defense. I expect Elliott to recover, but I picked up Johnson myself, as he could have some value over the season, even if it's just spot-starts.

Helly > Elliott. So I wouldn't do that, mind you Elliott may get more wins.

But if there is a way you could capitalize on the situation, like adding Elliott and trading Helly or Talbot for a better scoring option than what is on the WW, do that instead (ONLY if it is a 1 year league)
