Yeah, he was in some serious distress there. Never good to see.
My first thought was shoulder, but when he was rolling around he was putting pressure on both shoulders, so I don't think it's a shoulder. One of the announcers suggested that it could be a back issue. To me, something was jarred loose. Best case is he had the wind knocked out of him and bruised something badly.
They just mentioned on the broadcast that he was being loaded up on a stretcher, so another bad sign. Hopefully, it's nothing too serious.
