Problem with Guide and Draftsheet?

Hi,

Am I the only one with that problem?

This year's guide and draftsheet are not showing in my downloads. Only the older ones are there.

This issue is solved 90% of the time by logging out and then logging back in via your other account. Most of the time I look into this, I find that the reader has a second account. You can email me if you're still stuck

I am having this problem as well they were both there a few hours ago. I see all prior orders and also see the 2016 prospect report but no guide or draft list.

I am having the same problem too. It takes me to my orders where it shows I bought the guide but no download links.

I can't see the draft guide either and my draft is in a couple of hours.

Guide is completely absent on the Downloads page.

Have logged out and then back in multiple times.

Any chance this could be actually fixed, rather than blaming it on the users?
