Franchise centre who does everything well…that is just one key element that our elite ISS Scouting staff has labelled on #1 rank Nolan Patrick of the Brandon Wheat Kings. Patrick can beat players off the rush or make plays with his teammates. He is unselfish and has a killer instinct at the net. ISS ranked Timothy Liljegren at #2 owns elite defensive skills and is an excellent skater. Rounding out the ISS Top 3 is Windsor Spitfires centre Gabe Vilardi, who is a consistent and smart player that has excelled at protecting and controlling the puck down low.

"Patrick is an elite talent”, says ISS Hockey Director of Scouting Dennis MacInnis. “He has pro level instincts when creating separation from defenders and making his teammates better when putting plays in motion.”

It's like they're trying to make the names of hockey players harder to pronounce!
    Not THAT hairy, honest!

One guy that may rise up this list quick is Greg Meireles of the Kitchener Rangers. He's a dynamic offensive weapon, went 10th overall in the 2015 OHL Priority Draft but lost a year of playing in the O due to parents holding him back...he was a top 3-5 talent heading into the draft and slipped because of that. He a 5 point game last year and is off to a very hot start this season with 7 points in 3 games. Would not surprise me to see him jump into the top-30 list here.

I know its early but I keep hearing its a very deep draft. Im wondering what you all think of the 10-15 pick range as to getting a very good player?
