Making Cuts Advice

Hiho. One of my leagues (not in sig) recently underwent a massive contraction (15 teams), so we had a dispersal draft, followed by the entry draft. I'll be honest, the last 2 years I've paid the entry fee then barely looked at the team for the whole season, so it was in pretty bad shape. I won't worry about saying every pick i used, but i did manage to snag 4 of first 7 picks in the entry draft (Matthews, Puljujarvi, Dubois, Nylander)

Anyway, main point of this post, i have to make a massive amount of cuts to get back to the roster limit of 27 + 3 prospects outside the limit. To do that I need to waive 18 players. So far I've made 17, but unsure on the last one. So thought I'd run it by the masses and get input. Maybe I've also decided to cut one I shouldn't of as well
