In a standard scoring 8 team league, Are Williams and Ware a drop when Bell/Charles come back?

Note: I do own Charles, but not Bell.

I could pick up another Flex or DEF to stash until Houston's bye.

I would try to deal Williams to the Bell owner but ya....Jones and Parker probably shouldn't be free agents.
