A crappy QBs safety blanket is an elite WR. You’re under deress, or it’s a 3rd and long, you look for your best option. And Gordon is a great route runner (was, is, can be, will be?) that he’s usually open, or open enough for a crappy QB to throw to.
This is a dude who had the best WR yr in a long time with Jason Campbell (QB rating of 76.9 in 2013) and Brandon Weeden (QBR of 70.3 in 2013) at QB.
I drafted him early in leagues, I’m surprised he was still FA available for you.
