Default 3rd round prospect help please!

Our prospect draft has been going well. I have picked Matthews, Laine, Sergachev, Lindell, and Fabbro (regret Fabbro over Zaitsev...). Our prospects are kept on 0.5M deals for 5 years, after which point we have the option to match any blind bids at the auction and re-sign for 3 more years.

That said, here's our draft so far:
    Round 1
    1. Auston Matthews, F, TOR
    2. Patrik Laine, F, WPG
    3. Jesse Puljujarvi, F, EDM
    4. Pierre-Luc Dubois, F, CBJ
    5. Drunk Drivers
    6. Brock Boeser, F, VAN
    7. Sebastien Aho, F, CAR
    8. Clayton Keller, F, ARZ
    9. Colin White, F, OTT
    10. Logan Brown, F, OTT
    11. Alexander Nylander, F, BUF
    12. Tyson Jost, F, COL
    13. Olli Juolevi, D, VAN
    14. Esa Lindell, D, DAL

    Round 2
    15. Mikhail Sergachev, D, MON
    16. Brandon Montour, D, ANA
    17. Ilya Sorokin, G, NYI
    18. Dante Fabbro, D, NSH
    19. Michael McLeod, F, NJD
    20. Kieffer Bellows, F, NYI
    21. Nikita Zaitsev, F, TOR
    22. Daniel Sprong, F, PIT
    23. Thatcher Demko, G, VAN
    24. Daniel Carr, F, MON
    25. Jacob Chychrun, D, ARZ
    26. Nick Schmaltz, F, CHI

I have pick 29 and there are 42 picks total. The other usual suspects are gone from last year plus guys like Adrian Kempe, Svechnikov, etc. I don't have any clue who will be going next.

Our rookies are very valuable because star players go for so much money in the auction (ie. Crosby is a 14M player). We also have to balance upside with arrival time... Guys like F Perron and Debrincat have zero value in our settings (I took Bracco last year and regretted it ever since).

I am planning on picking one of Motte, Lehkonen, Saros, Walman, Kamenev, Bean, Reway (is he even healthy?), Rodin, or Kempny. I'm curious if anyone has any really deep sleepers or players that may come out of nowhere. I hated missing out on parayko last year and Klingberg the year before (they were undrafted in our league and went for ++$ in the regular season free agent pool. I think I already missed out on this guy when I didn't pick Zaitsev, but I'm looking for the next one!

    Thanks for your help!

Kamanev I am high on, but don't expect him in the NHL before January. Motte, Lehkonen, Saros and Bean are also all good options.

Any preference there? Or a ranking? I'm nervous that I'm missing someone. I'm aiming for Saros and I'll be choked if I miss him but the others would be fine too.

I would go with Saros or Motte. Both can be decent impact players this NHL season. If Rinne poops the bed early look to Saros to get some good looks in net.
