Which goalie would you take?

For the league in sig, which of these goalies would you take based on my goalie roster for this year if any?

Talbot
Mason
Pavelec
Enroth
C. Hutton
Picked

I had hopes of Helle starting this year but early indication is he starts on the farm, Andersen already being injured, do take an insurance guy in Enroth, or go doe a bonfire number one like talbot(due to situation only right now but due for an increase in stats? Or go with a dark horse like Pickard?

The other option I might have is Subban or Atlinson or Vesey.

I would swing for the fences and take Talbot and hope that the Oilers finally start winning more.

The only other one I would consider would be PAvelec... but he seems to be an injury risk.

I don't like Steve Mason a lot... but I think he's an option that could play all-games-in-week, if he's hot.
For that reason, he's a guy that could help you in "Weekly Set", over F.Andersen.
Yes - it would be nice to have Enroth for insurance, but you should be able to snag him WAY later in draft.

I would have went with Talbot too... leaves pretty slim pickins without him.

I would probably take Mason here. You only count Ws and he should pick up the most out of that group unless Luongo spends a lot of time on IR. But I think you need the guy who will start the most on a decent team and that's Mason.

Mason then Riemer. Only because Mason should start more

If you want smaller salary then:
Hutton because STL is goalie heaven then Picked (if it is Pickard)

Is my goaltending in bad enough shape that i need that 3rd starting goalie, or should i take best forward/dman for my team cap situation and try and pick up one of those backups later on?

If Pavelec goes down to injury of any substance, Helle is getting the call up for sure right? Or is Mason the best(?) of that bunch for starts/wins??

1-Talbot-sketchy D but EDM will win their fair share
2-Reimer-might play as much as Luongo even when Lu is healthy
3-Mason-Neuvirth may usurp the #1 spot
4-Enroth-as the handcuff of course
5-Pavelec-F*** Pavelec
6-Pickard-If he became the starter in COL I'd be worried
7-C. Hutton-won't play enough

Ranked above as to my opinion and as an aside I really like Atkinson and he's a breakout candidate IMO
Don't think last season was his ceiling. Can easily hit 30-30 and could get as high as 35 IMO.

With Talbot being gone that is slim pickings.

I'm not a huge fan of any of these guys and Anderson took a hit when he was traded to Toronto for a 'wins only format'.

Looks like goaltending is important in your pool, 10 teams starting 2 goalies...yikes! If you have no trade options I'd go Pavelec since he's in a contract year with Hellebuyck breathing down his neck.

I'd go Mason then Pavelec. It's wins only, and I expect Pav to win a decent number of games but have terrible peripheral numbers. Mason's a decent option so long as he manages to keep his job.
