    I agree with leaving Quick in for the PP. You don't want to give Europe free shots at your net without having an icing penalization (since it's PP). And then after the PP didn't score, the game was basically over, and USA didn't want to kill their goal differential. You could end up with three teams being 1-2 in that group, so goal differential would be the tie breaker.
    As for Byfuglien, if it's not resting an injury, then it's stupid.
