Clearly, the answer is not Brossoit.
I lean towards Pickard, because he will either grab that job in roughly the next year, so he has value. Or he will fail to do so, so you can move on from him, and look at another goalie to take his spot.

That's how I see it too. However, I think the Avs and Pickard will have the better team in a much shorter time frame than Demko and the Canucks, so the wait for Demko to be the better goalie may not be worth it. Take Pickard.Originally Posted by Deuces6

that Canucks team is a mess and will be an even bigger one when the Sedin's retire. Personally I think Demko only lives up to his billing (in fantasy) if he is traded so right now I'm in on Pickard and I am for the next 3/4 years as he either inherits the Avs crease or finds a new spot as soon as next season
