Upgrading team

I won our league last year but I have made some changes since then. My current team is in my signature. I'm still looking to trade trading Grandlund, Brown, garland and maybe Vesey with all the hype he has right now. Then I will be dropping Koivu, Daley and Filppula. I may be able to trade koivu. I still have Kucherov that needs to sign yet.Anyhoo i have a couple of offers up to other managers. What do you think of these?

What would be the pick levels of the 1st round swap you're doing?

In our league once a player is on your roster you have to keep him for a min. of three weeks. If you drop him for a lower salary player it must be within one million or you take a percentage hit on the differrence and it gets taken off your total salary cap. This helps us manage our teams like the real mccoy.

That's an interesting handcuff on salaries. It makes sense that he would be a throw in then as he's someone you want to get rid of. Is he an anchor, or is he someone the other GM actually wants?
