It's one of those trades that there is no clear winner which means it is a pretty fair trade. I think that B gets the best player, A gets the most potential and C gets two NHL players with the ability to become stars. All three GMs could think that they won this trade. I think B will win the deal over the next 5 years although I am sure that no one else will agree with me.

I see JVR and Drouin in your roster, I'd rather have them over Rielly and Bennett.

I agree with Hockeyman here as well. Bennett is a great add for your team, but I don't see Rielly as a huge upgrade over your already star-studded d-core.Originally Posted by hockeymanG23

I agree. Unless your giving up jvr and drouin then it's horrible for you. Giving up the best player right now in jvr and the one with the most hype and potentially the highest upside in drouin.

So which is it? Are you the one giving up JVR and Drouin? If so, agree with the last 3 or 4 posts. The return for all 3 teams may appear even, but to truly evaluate the value of a trade, esp 3 way, need to see the original roasters of all 3 teams. Think a rather high prospect pick is missing for the team losing JVR and Drouin at the very least.
Unless the goal of the trade is to shift balance across 3 teams (which makes no competitive sense to me)

Yeah I would be the one losing Drouin and JVR. I value your guys' opinions so if you believe that this trade is not a fair one from all sides (which I felt it was) then I'll end negotiations cause I doubt one of these GMs would send me a high-end prospect on top of this. Seeing how I've won 3 of the past 4 championships....
