That's a few off the top of my head that I expect to be around 2 hits per game +

As soon as you get all the toughest guys are you then going to go for all of the assist guys?
FinnishFlash has a solid list there. The first guy that popped into my head was Stephen Johns, defenceman for the Stars. I lost a title last year because of him - my opponent picked him up, tied me in hits on the week (on the last day) to tie our matchup at 3-3, and he had the tie breaker. So he is definitely on my radar now. I think he averaged something like 3.6 hits a game last season.

Thanks. That means 3.9 hits/game. Even better!

72 trades in 6 weeks and now you want to create a reason to make a flurry of trades that does nothing to further your fantasy objectives? I really hope you don't play in money leagues....

this league has a fee of $20 per manager which pays for the fees + snazzy looking trophy for the winner at the end of the year. but the only REAL money league im in is a $30 all pts league where I put together a decent contending team (not many trades happen in that league so not much of a chance I trade away my good valued players)

+1 for Stephen Johns and I'll add Josh Anderson from CBJ.

How many games determine a rookie in your league? Under 82 games?

Salomaki in Nashville if that is the case.

True. Him and Arvidsson are both big hitters.

use fantrax (or create a fake league) and search for player stats last season (hits per game). you can also set the minor league limit so you can filter by rookies.
