Yessss. Thank you very much Darryl. This was an obvious need for the site.

Agreed. Thanks Dobber.
This doesn't seem right. These are posts saying good things about something. Shouldn't the comments be more along the lines of, "where is so and so, he's much better than that guy."
I do agree that this is a nice list to add to the site.
Some of us are smart enough not to knock Dobber on his own forums. As usual he has his system.

Great to have as a reference point, but Dobbs will be the first to tell you how challenging it is to put a list like this together. It would be far easier to simply rank the most skilled goaltender prospects and let individuals figure out which has the quickest and best path to being a starter.
Will be fun to keep an eye on though; always looking for the next great young tendy!

Good list but must have been almost impossible to put together.. Goalies are tougher predicting then defenceman are..
So if you have time to wait, who are the top three??

Time to wait...
Demko
Samsonov
Murray
Hellboy
Husso

Murray and Hellebuyck are in a different weight class than Samsonov and Demko....right now. And that's all we can do with goalie prospects. Take the highly skilled guy who is closer to action.
I think we're going to see a bunch of wildly talented young goaltenders coming...the previous two mentioned as well as Sorokin, Gillies, Saros, Soderstrom..but it'll take some time for each of them. Likely 3-5 years before most are ripping up fantasy rosters if all goes well. Always a big IF

So much to learn from this list. In the top 10 we're already seeing a couple names who have fairly high odds of never providing anything in a fantasy league aside from being a prospect with name value. Goalies are so difficult!
