Allen
Bob
Halak
All three are injury risks. Allen is much more consistent, has the best team, and now doesn't have competition for the net.
How would you rank these 3?
Win=2 points + 1 for a shutout.
Thanks!

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
All three have a hard time staying healthy so it's hard to say how they will end up at the end of the year for points. For me:
Allen
Bobrovsky
Halak

Allen - Because the net is his in St.Louis
Bobrovsky - Not much competition in net in Columbus either
Halak - Greiss had a great year last year which will lead to more of a split.
I like this ranking.
I think that Bobrovsky has the most ''skill'' from the 3, but until he starts to play up to his real potential on a regular basis, I can't place him higher than 3rd on this list.
Halak is really good when healthy. I won't place him last on this list just because he tends to get injured though. The only reason why I might consider switching him with Bobrovsky though is his status as the number 1 goalie for the Isles. However, until that is confirmed, I am considering him the starter.
Lastly, Allen has the best mix of age, potential, opportunity and team from the 3 so he's the top dog here. He may not have the strongest skillset, but he should still get the job done and get it done very well as the official starter in StL.

Allen and a gap to Bob and Halak but for me they are interchangeable... I think the biggest difference is that the Isles have a back up they have faith in whereas Columbus doesn't
Experience is the teacher of all things.
I assume it's a one-year league, right? And you only count wins? No SV%, no GAA?
Well then I'd say for 2016-17:
1.Allen
2.Halak
3.Bob
Well... I'm here, I read the full thread.
Agree w/others...
It's Allen..... (gap)..... then healthy-Bob, then healthy-Halak... then injured-Halak, then injured-Bob.
NYI might take a big dip down this year though... I think the Okposo/Nielsen loss was enormous. I don't see them as a playoff team.
Bob is at his best when he's pure workhorse mode... that's why I edged him above healthy-Halak.
While Halak seems to do better out of workhorse mode.
Now... trying to figure out if Bob & Halak will be healthy, yeesh, good luck with that.
