Who are the 11 other bozos in your league???? I mean, how did you get to build this team?? I can't see how any other manager can compete against your squad; there are no holes, weaknesses or issues to address!!
To answer your question, I would make this move but ask for a tad more in return (a pick/prospect or something) just because Reinhart is already established and had a good 2nd season in the NHL.

yeah, it's my team, lol. it's a good team, for sure, but it's head-to-head on days when there are 6+ NHL games, so even good teams can lose head-to-head on a given night. i did win the cup last year, but didn't the year before.
because of the set up, it's hard to play guys when you have more than one player at the same position on the same team. two aren't so bad, but three is tough (like Eichel, Okposo, Reinhart on BUF). thinking ahead, i'd like to get another young D for the future. another option could be to flip Reinhart for another young F on a different team...

I'm curious as to how you were able to get a team like this. Trades? Getting other GMs drunk? Sexual favors? Also, how can you manage to keep that team under a salary cap? Your league may as well not even have a cap if you don't surpass it with this roster.

lol, no sexual favors or getting them drunk (at least i don't think they were drunk)...
it's mostly about timing... buying low on guys, especially when their contracts are up (in our pool, salaries are determined by their performance in the pool, so strategic buy lows means getting them locked in on cheap contracts). also grabbing guys before they break out. also selling vets for picks a few years into the future (yes, i have to wait a few years to see a return, but i usually end up with a good young player). some strategic trades -- e.g. traded #1 OA pick for Seguin (that pick ended up being Yakupov, lol), traded for Josi before he broke out, etc. and never signing high-priced guys, always going for good value (like i never get guys like Ovechkin, Stamkos, etc who are always expensive). i'm always up against the cap, so it does mean moving guys out for cheaper players. it's very hard to keep a team like this together, for sure. like next year i'm going to lose burns.
