With trades #40-49 you can replace the forwards you lose. Goalies are a premium.

It all comes down to having a plan. What exactly is your plan? Where do you see your team finishing in relation to the rest of the league. Is your goal simply to make trades and the team ends up where it ends up? Is it to acquire certain players like Price for instance to be able to say you own them? You are giving up a considerable amount of potential offense to acquire Price but if something happens to him you are left with the Ottawa contingent.

I'm a mark for Price but it seems like a heavy price(pardon the pun) to pay. If there is in fact a + to the return with Price find out definitively what that might entail either by asking for something or outright having the other GM tell you what he is willing to add. Come back when you have that info.

But in your situation, with your nucleus seeming to be young (built around Bennett Barkov Johnson and younger) I would decline the deal. I don't think price gets you the win here and like another poster mentioned, if he gets hurt, you're screwed.
