Storen altered his pitch recently to get crazy movement on it. But was still getting smacked around. Wonder what’s the tip off to batters. Hopefully he turns around his 1yr dumpster fire.

Pretty much trading identical players. Here's hoping Benoit has turned it around. Used to be a really solid pitcher. I wonder how much of Storen's salary they had to eat.

You guys think that Storen may get a shot a the closer's job? I know Cishek had a rough patch a few weeks ago but his overall numbers are pretty good nonetheless.

No. Cishek is pretty chiseled into that role right now and Storen doesn't have enough time to prove himself to take it away.
I like the deal for the Jays. The split finger pitch is going to be a nice change to have coming out of the pen.

Benoit has looked good thus far.. He has a new lease on life, it's nice to see!! Reminds me of the Hawkins pickup last season..
