    Default Rinne or Anderson

In my head, Rinne is an infinitely more valuable goalie than Anderson, but with Rinne sliding, I`m starting to question that and I`m really trying to iron my keepers out (league in sig). I`m thinking that Rinne is still the better keep, but looking at last year`s numbers both tenders were very close in terms of overall fantasy points: Anderson was 9th overall, Rinne 10th. In points per game though, Anderson was 5th among goalies who played at least 30 games while Rinne was somewhere around 22. Your opinions, please!

Both goalies are getting up there in age...Anderson two years older at 35.
The safer and better bet is Rinne. Younger, team in front of him is stronger, with Josi leading the charge on D.
I believe will have a bounceback season, and produce better peripheral stats plus more wins.
The name value is worth more in a trade as well.

I'd try to trade for another keeper, but I suppose that's not a helpful response.

While it's close, I'd lean towards Anderson. Primarily because he has very little competition in the NHL (or AHL). The thing that scares me most about Rinne is....what if Saros wins the back up job? And what if he starts outplaying Rinne? Anderson isn't sexy, but he is a workhorse and puts up decent numbers.

That said, I'd still be looking to trade for a better starter...

I'm going with Rinne. He's their guy this year and that defense is going to be a big help. With the emphasis on the Wins category, it's gotta be Rinne, no matter how little he helps his team win.

I still have faith Rinne can knock out another solid few years especially on a team as good as Nashville and their wicked D core.

Rinne and I don't think it is really close. 34 wins, 10 losses by shootout or overtime and 4 shutouts in a BAD SEASON. Adding Subban and a full year of Johanssen I think Nashville scores more this year. Those 10 extra point losses could be wins this year. Yes they don't have Weber, which could lead to more goals against, but Subban is good in his own end also and Nashville plays a great team defense approach. I would not be surprise to see close to 40 wins for Rinne
    Points only, 26 team keeper league. keep 8 + 4 prospects. 2 LW,2 RW, 2C, 4 D and G. 1 point goal,1 point assist
Goalies. 2 points win, 1 for O/T or Shoot out loss, 3 for SO, 2 for assist, 10 for goal. Minus 1 for a loss
Draft 8 more through draft. Need to have 11 on main team, 9 on reserve. Once roster set, can add 1 injured reserve spot.

    Roster:
    LW JVR, Steen, Hagelin
    C Malkin, E. Staal, Nelson
    RW Okposo, Wheeler, Donskoi
    D Demers, Pulock, Savard, Vlasic
    G Holtby

prospects: Frost, Sprong, Andersson, Bear, Niku, Katchouk
