group of us have played in this casual setup for awhile .some have come and gone over the years replaced by newbies that join from recruiting posts .the fella that quit didnt read the rules and was waaaay over the innings pitched limit .I've gotten the ip's under control now so the new manager would be in good shape in that sense .The setup is simply fantasy points using the old smallworld baseball scoring formula with some tweaks.We dont allow trading but you can obviously pik up ww / free agents to tweak team .The available team sits in 5th out of 12 and could still make a good run to win it .If your a casual baseball fan like me this is the perfect way to kill some summer fantasy sport time .The group has gotten stronger over the years - strangers that have joined 4-5 seasons ago have become regulars so I believe we're at 10 regulars that keep coming back for a fresh draft / baseball season each spring .A handful of the guys also participate in one of my 3 dynasty hockey leagues so it could also be a good way to get to know us then potentially take an opening in one of said leagues .
