I was just awarded the first overall pick. Laine vs Matthews is a discussion for another time, but the owner of 3rd overall is interested in moving it. I have the 6th, 14th and 15th overall picks and he's indicated he'd move the pick for those 3 (he basically said it was a no brainer). Would you do this or is it too steep? The Connors and Murray's of the world are gone. Players like Aho, Linnell and Montour are available in addition to this year's draft. Thanks in advance.

Putting some names to it, Aho, Montour and Jost makes a bit of sense in terms of who may be available at those spots. Some solid guys, but no grand slam swings like Pulj is. Quality over quantity, so I too say take it.

Hi again and thanks for all of the replies. Turns out he was drunk when he thought this was a no brainer...
A few days later and this is where we are at:
He says it will take Domi, 6th overall (someone like Tkachuk, Nylander, Aho, etc), 14th overall, and his 2017 1st rounder (I got it from him in a previous trade).
Domi has 2 years on his contract with an option at the end (matching rights). Every player drafted gets a 0.5M salary and a 5 year contract. Is it crazy to do this trade?
