His family still lives in the Chicago suburbs. If he signs he'll have to leave some money on the table. The Hawks also resigned Rozsival today. D Pairings should look like:
Keith/Seabrook
Hammer/Campbell
TVR/Kempy
Rosy/Pokka/Gus
That is a HUGE improvement from last year. And if Seabrook can lose some weight/recover from injury or whatever caused his lackluster play last year, the Hawks blueline will be vastly improved.
Wouldn't be surprised to see TVR or Pokka dealt for a forward.

I would love to have Campbell and Staal on cheap contracts in Chicago. They've both slowed down a lot obviously, but on a cheap deal they could be great depth pieces. Soup and Hammer were a perfect pairing when he was here last time and another puck mover beyond the top pairing is maybe their biggest need.
